Pros
Love Franklin Ave! Sometimes noisy but that’s the life you sign up for on this street. Management always very responsive to us, no problems with pests to my knowledge.
Cons
It’s a walk up! And there is a backyard but other floors have no access. Management also continues to raise the rent- if they hadn’t we would’ve stayed longer, but the price is no longer worth the small amount of space.

Busy Area, Decent Apartment
Pros
Management was fairly responsive. Work orders usually got taken care of in a few days. The building was always clean, I never had any issues with bugs or pests.
Cons
If you're facing Franklin, your apartment is going to be incredibly loud all the time. If you can get over that, it's a pretty good place.
