Looks are deceiving: living here was terrible
Pros
Apartment itself is a beautiful space. Lovely block in a great location.
Cons
The owner, who lives in the building, is awful. She is a liar, hypocrite, and completely unresponsive to things ranging from broken radiators to pest control. If you enjoy being woken up on weekends mornings to the sounds of someone slamming their front door 20 times, then lounging on the stoop all day making people feel unwelcome, and being absent constantly but pretending like she is there, you'll love it here. Otherwise, do not rent.
