Great location, unresponsive management

Pros:
Location is great, huge kitchen island with dishwasher, exposed brick, natural light in front room
Cons:
Dark bedrooms facing alleyway, management doing the least possible to patch up leaks, roof and basement flooding issues
Advice to owner:
Put more effort into truly renovating damages and repairs in the building don’t just do patch work
