Rent Stabilized, Incompetent Management

Pros

Fantastic location, great neighborhood, expansive windows with decent fellow tenants.

Cons

Management has gone way downhill since 2022. Incompetent/haphazard "fixes" leaving things worse than before. Unreliable in responsiveness -- every secular and Jewish holiday is off, entirely unavailable Fridays 1pm until Monday 10am at best. Did not have hot water in kitchen for two months, lost hot water in entire apartment seven times in 2024. They will hide that it is RS building.

Advice to the owners

Invest in the stock market if you want passive income, please leave this industry.
