decent small apartment

Pros:
Proximity to lots of transportation lines, nice area, exposed brick apartment
Cons:
unresponsive management, call box doesn't work, garbage situation is difficult (just leaving it on street), small apartments, had bad roach problem once but was resolved (had to call outside exterminator to finally get it fixed), saw mice a couple times and management sent someone, pipes froze in winter

small quaint 2 bedrm ( more like 1 converted to 2 )

Pros:
Lots of natural light in Living room, lovely shops and restaurants nearby, very close to train station, nice walk to Bk Museum and Prospect Park
Cons:
barely any closet space, tiny kitchen, horrible & tiny working oven, heating vent that emits chicken scent thru small bedroom from space shared between kitchen and small bedroom. freezing during the winter, thin walls, parties thrown on random nights until 4am, floor is old, NO building maintenance, NO legal trash cans
