Pros:
Great area and great neighbors.
Cons:
Inaccessible, repairs always dragged out and done by someone entirely incompetent. Bless whoever is there now.
Advice to owner:
Take care of what you own.

Saint Johns, A Love Story

Pros:
The downstairs portion of the duplex has large communal spaces and A LOT of backyard to work with! Each room is decently-sized as well.
Cons:
Kitchen appliances are a bit old, we had issues with the water and electricity multiple times, and the noise at the front of the house is extensive due to the two-way street.
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive to tenant concerns. This is an old brownstone, and without investment in long-term renovations, it requires more frequent short-term fixes.
