Management is so bad....
Pros
The neighbors are really nice and actively work together against the management when management won't help us. It's also pretty clean and there's always people cleaning the lobby and halls
Cons
Management sucks, barely responds, and there's a package thief that they won't do anything about even though there's cameras everywhere. Super is so unhelpful and ghosted me?????
Advice to the owners
get it together
I don’t recommend
Pros
The views are nice.
Cons
Speaking from experience, I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. The leasing office, Stateview Management, charges tenants ridiculous fees. A couple of the ridiculous fees they charge: 1. whether or not you rent theirs or use your own, having an in-unit washer and dryer is $100 MONTHLY on top of your rent. 2. it is now January, and the building has been leasing to tenants since August, yet coned/ electricity is not yet setup. Because of that, they charge separate MONTHLY bills for heating and for cooling. It’s $150 for a studio and 1-bedroom, $200 for 2-bedroom, and $375 for a 3-bedroom. Their units are not that big for the electricity costs they charge. 3. Also, the amenities aren’t completed as of January when the building has been leasing to tenants since August.
Advice to the owners
Stop nickel and diming tenants
