    Great Apartment, bad building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The apartment was clean and spacious, I really enjoyed living here. I had the larger room, my roommate did not and did not like it.
    Cons:
    The management was unresponsive. The building itself was not well maintained and the location wasn’t very convenient or safe. Many stolen packages, security cameras did not work. Smelled. Had some loud and dangerous neighbors, as well as sweet and friendly ones.
    Advice to owner:
    Make yourself more accessible to the people that live there.
