    Pros:
    Landlord is lovely! The building is cleaned inside and out front, weekly.
    Cons:
    The building is dated, no buzzer system, no laundry in building.
    Advice to owner:
    Invest in upgrading the building, ad a buzzer system for the door and add laundry to the building.
