A Good Deal for the Price!
Pros
It is a small bilding with only 4 units. The neighbors are generally friendly and keep to themselves. The landlord is around usually every week to clean up around the vestibule and pick up mail and is generally easy to reach and response to issues when they pop up.
Cons
I do wish there was access to the backyard. It is a decent sized space that is generally off limits to tenants (there is a storefront church on the first floor, don't know if they have exclusive rights to access it. I do also wish the intercoms were better labeled. Because there is only 4 apartments, people may buzz one apartment trying to get to someone in another.
Advice to the owners
Generally happy with the experience! Wish there was an easier way to recycle and that backyard was open to us during the months it is nice out!
