    Pros:
    The trash was always taken care of and packages rarely, if ever got stolen.
    Cons:
    Water pressure in the showers were not good at all and took a long time to get hot.

    - Nice neighborhood - Dish washer - 2 bed/ 2 bath units
    Cons:
    - Bathroom sink sputters loudly with hot water - Small units - $400 rent increase
    Advice to owner:
    - Fix the bathroom sink water sputtering - Stop hiking the rent
