Cozy small building
Pros
I loved that this building is family owned (at least when I lived there) and not run by a management company. Landlord was always very responsive with any maintenance issues (which were always minor, as the building is generally well maintained). Only three units, too, which is nice - one unit downstairs, and two smaller units upstairs, which meant not a lot of people coming and going.
Cons
The only real issue I had was the loudness of the neighbor in the other upstairs unit. He was frequently yelling into his phone at all hours of the night (sometimes all night into the next morning), which could easily be heard through the wall where my bed was. Even after asking him to be more considerate of noise level, he continued.
