Not the worst, but also not the best

Pros:
- some rent stabilized units - modern finishes/appliances - elevator/laundry in building
Cons:
- super was unresponsive and took a long time to resolve issues - pest issues (mice, roaches) - mold

Avoid this management company

Pros:
Great location on Eastern Parkway, really helpful and friendly super and wife, and a tenants association who are working to improve the condition of the building and livability for residents
Cons:
Roaches, paper thin walls, constant unexplained water shut offs, very common package theft, elevator frequently out of service, unresponsive, incompetent, and tenant blaming management
