Not the best building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is good because you near by public transportation and there’s a lot of stores, restaurants and supermarkets
Cons:
The building is never clean and the super is very lazy and takes forever to fix any problems you may have. The building management is slow, unorganized, and very cheap
Advice to owner:
The cleanliness of the building is poor, There’s no proper video surveillance, the super response time is terrible.
