Sunny and quiet 😌

Pros

VERY very quiet. Friendly and quiet neighbors. Lots and lots of natural light in every room. No problems with building management. Washer dryer in unit!

Cons

You can feel when the train passes (it's like slight vibration that might rattle the dishes for a few seconds, then it's gone). After the first month however I stopped really noticing it and now I only feel it very occasionally.

Advice to the owners

Heat could be turned on a bit sooner. There were a few days where we were fairly chilly inside.
