The tenants keep a tight knit community

Cons

The trash and commons areas in the building are not well kept, management makes false promises about the upkeep of fixtures and amenities, water pressure is terrible, management is incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful with most requests. They failed to salt the building entrance during a blizzard causing very hazardous conditions.

Trust your tenants and own up to your mistakes. On that note, follow through with upgrading fixtures you are responsible for fixing.
