Good apt, responsive managment

Pros:
Washer and dryer in unit. Good sound proofing between apts.
Cons:
Within the apts, sounds travels pretty easily.

Amenities! Location, and nice remodel
Cons:
Next to huge construction site , a bit small
Advice to owner:
Management is okay about small repairs but for bigger ones requiring outside specialists (I.e. broken fridge) it was much more difficult.
