Great apartment, too expensive for size!

Pros:
This is a modern, clean building, and management is overall pretty responsive. The super, Allen, is wonderful!
Cons:
Lately they’ve started charging amenities fees, and for the price of rent we’re paying it just isn’t worth it. The apartments themselves are very small.

Pros:
The outside area was great, with awesome views. It was a good(ish) building, there could have been worse
Cons:
There were some leak problems, package theft, and this super annoying bright light that faced the building and would be on all day from across the street. Crazy bright at night (not a problem if you don't face Gates).
