    Nice neighbors, lived there a while
    Cons:
    Roaches, trash everywhere, mice, broken doors and intercom

    Convenient to subway, full size fridge and oven
    Cons:
    Communal Trash cans had no lids, saw pests in and out of building despite exterminators.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the heat quicker when it stops working!
