    Excellent Bbuilding and Landlord

    Pros:
    Nice, well maintained building. Super is extremely responsive and quick to fix any issue we’ve had. Additionally, we’ve lived here multiple years and he hasn’t raised rents, and offered flexibility when needed on renewal terms.
    Cons:
    Rogers is a busy road, so can be loud.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep it up!
