Cons

Landlord is a crook, Rats, Roaches, Water damage and possibly flooding, To much damage but not enough money to fix it, which is putting peoples lives and things in jeopardy

Advice to the owners

Honestly fix what actually needs to be fixed and if just collecting a check is your only reason and not creating a safe place for people to live then find another investment because you’re scum
