Beautiful property Room rental Written Lease agreement

Street parking No overnight guest allowed Property unkempt ( very dusty, had to clean room thoroughly) Floors creak loudly, landlord complains when you come home late. Male landlord is your roomate. Landlord only seems to want WOMEN tenants. The room I rented (bigger room) connected with his room through the closet(separated by a sheet), and he never told me...I discovered it myself. I had male company and he had an issue with it.
Advice to the owners
Stop renting rooms. You're too controlling and demanding. You want your tenants to have no social life. Very weird.
