The management is great and always assist if I need help.
Cons:
My upstairs neighbors stomp as if theyre huge giants (they’re not) but besides that it’s fine

Decent and cheap place to live

Pros:
Close to Franklin Ave Station Decently responsive landlord No issues with pests Rooftop, laundry, and basic gym were convenient.
Cons:
Cheap installations and paint already peeling Walls are very thin within apartment and to outside staircase Some trouble with stolen packages

Refresh the paint and stay on top of repairs
