    Landlord is horrible
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice location. Apartment itself is nice.
    Cons:
    Landlord did not adhere to lease agreements. Told us we could use the backyard, but threw items out we left back there. Cluttered the stairwell with appliances and TVs. Ran a radio station from the basement level. We took him to court twice for the security deposit back. Horrible in every way.
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t rent out this apartment.
