Rent stabilized units at an incredible price. Management is responsive for minor fixes. The super Jared is simply amazing!
Horrible paint job! Rat infested, hoarders as neighbors and kids smoking weed in the hallway.
Very spacious and lots of closet space.
Not the cleanest paid extra for pest control, no amenities no laundry.
