Run unless you like to be neglected

Pros:
The community is wonderful, but only because everyone is banding together against the landlord.
Cons:
The landlord turned off the heat and hot water in the winter in a bid to push out the rent stabilized families who had lived there for years. There are roaches, this building is disgusting, and the landlord doesn't care about the tenants whatsoever.
Advice to owner:
Get off your a$$ and start being a real landlord.

Big roach problem!!!!

Pros:
Friendly neighbors, good location.
Cons:
There is a HUGE roach problem, to the point where there needs to be a serious extermination. Also my packages have been getting stolen. Management is very slow to respond or has ghosted me completely. Common areas left filthy with roaches, and have seem some in my apartment. I’m very clean, so there’s just a problem with them in the building. If there were no roaches this would be a great place!
Advice to owner:
Get serious about fixing the roach problem!!
