Discrimination, poor management, lead paint issues

Pros:
Great area, big apartments
Cons:
IMK Management fails to upkeep the property, discriminates against the tenants. Boris Evelkin, owner of the property, cannot be reached. The lead issue is not addressed. Management forces African-Americans to move out failing to do necessary repairs or paying lump sum to move out.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the property!

Mouse infestation, non-responsive landlord, lack of heat in timely manner, noise, pests, mold, landlord trying to evict tenants for no reason, water damage

Fix the building, stop trying to evict tenants

Cons:
Shady, they kept my security deposit. Poorly maintained, mice and bugs. Water damage visible around the building.

Maintain the building? Not my job

This building have a lots of rats, roaches and bedbug in the pass. It’s a very smelly smh

They never fix anything in the apartments You will wait for up to a year before they do anything are you have to call 311
