Absolutely nothing. The neighbors are kind, most have been around for the entirety of my life 20+ years. Many are young new and sweet.
Everything. Everything everything. Disgusting pest issues, mold, pretty sure the walls have led in them . Bathroom ceiling collapsed on my head twice during childhood. Packages are stolen daily. Water is yellow.
