    it's just okay.

    Pros:
    close to transit, accessible, solid size space with solid appliances
    Cons:
    issues with ceiling leaks were not addressed in a timely manner, general care of the building was very lacking
    Advice to owner:
    address building issues in a timely and reasonable manner properly
