    The owner should respond to their tenants basic needs and provide safe living

    Close to the train, friendly tenants and great super.
    Cons:
    It’s an old building, and any old building is going to have issues. For us a big one is roaches, mostly just in the kitchen.
    Advice to owner:
    Better pest control would be great. The courtyard could use some love too.
