Pros:
The community and our building-wide WhatsApp group.
Cons:
Everything. Tons of package theft. Elevators often down. Terrible water pressure, terrible heat in winter, non-responsive Super, dirty hallways & trash room, no cooperation from management about simple things like putting up signage with rules for the trash rooms. Basic, simple things are not done.
