Would be great without all the pests

Pros

The building is kept up pretty nicely, and it's clear they care about its maintenance; things are constantly getting fixed and/or upgraded, and they have an exterminator come pretty regularly. My apartment itself is very cute, and the layout is great.

Cons

This building has soooooo many pests. They're in the walls and are constantly coming out. All over the garbage chutes. Flies everywhere, too. The exterminator is not great, and don't seem to communicate with each other week to week/don't seem to have a plan in place to adress the issue.

Nice doorman and maintenance staff; stress-free mail/package delivery; very quiet; polite neighbors
