great location, beautiful parquet floors and moulding, combined living-dining room great for hosting events, lots of light.
poorly maintained and repaired, contractors who did half-assed jobs at best. Sound traveled between floors. Landlord kept trying to add illegal riders to lease.
put some money into this building to keep it from falling apart
