Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 445 Rogers Avenue reflect a mixed living experience. Tenants appreciate the building’s cleanliness, strong water pressure, and proactive pest control, alongside a friendly neighborhood and nice unit lighting. Management is seen as responsive and effective by some, quickly addressing maintenance and cleanliness issues. However, common concerns include noise disturbances—especially from nearby fire station and street traffic—and occasional heating problems during cold months. Several renters criticize the landlord’s attitude as rude or condescending and note problems with security deposits and broken laundry facilities. Garbage management and pest presence vary, with some reports of rat activity near trash areas.

Avoid! Loud! Rude management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood, great neighbors
Cons:
Groundfloor apartment overlooking the street gets LOUD with the fire station nearby. Garbage cans under the window ensure you're always hearing rats scurrying about in the living room. Unit isn't secure. Landlord is also very rude and nickel and dimes you. Expect major deductions from your security deposit back if he hasn't found a replacement by your move out date.

Having to move out. I would have liked to stay but life had me leaving Brooklyn.
