Landlord is condescending
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice lighting in units, monthly exterminator visits, someone cleans every Sunday.
Cons:
Landlord is condescending and gaslights, the laundry in the basement is broken, multiple issues with leaks (which were eventually resolved), no heat during cold months (was also eventually resolved)
