The Apartment Looks Nice Thats all i have to say!

-walls and floors are thin.neighborhood is not safe.

Great Building

Pros

When i lived here (2002-2011) The building had railroad apts wall to wall carpets 2 Way Entrance Heat and Hot water was on point Landlord was Friendly and Loved her tenants I like the area very convenient to trains and Buses, I like that there are a lot of schools in the area

Cons

When it was no hot water n heat we went without for days at a time It became a Hang out spot and someone Got Shot and Pass away In Front of there

Take Time and Rent To People That are are Good and Respectable
