Pros:
A good price as of 2019. The building is in good condition, and has a spacious basement that you can put your bike in if you email management. The building is big enough that the landlord doesn't come around often, but small enough to feel cozy. It has a nice backyard that's very green in the summer
Cons:
There was a fair amount mouse activity, which the landlord didn't seem to be too concerned about. We were able to stop it after a while with well-placed mousetraps, so not as big of a deal as some places I've lived. Rooms are a little small, but you get what you pay for.
Advice to owner:
Maybe buy some lawn furniture. You'd probably lure a lot of transplants in with that kinda stuff.
