    Nice Apartment with Backyard
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Responsive landlord, lots of space, private backyard, in unit washer/dryer, exposed brick, basement
    Cons:
    The heat doesn't work very well, but it is controlled individually. No dishwasher. More than ten minute walk to the train.
