Horrible place to live

Cheap rent, that’s it.
Cons
Had to file with bk attorney general to get my security deposit back. Lived there 2 yrs and they were awful. Definitely turned a 1 bed into 3 with plasterboard walls so you heard everything. I lived there 2016-2018 and this past year (2024) was getting phone calls and texts for whoever currently lives there. 8 years later and they’re still disorganized.

Advice to the owners
Don’t be a racist, cheap, horrible person and invest all the money your taking from young kids trying to make it in the city and actually make quality living units.
