nice layout, great backyard, sunny bedrooms, laundry in unit
plumbing done by a bumbling fool. pipes froze and burst in winter, we were without water for 4 days. idk if super knows what hes doing unfortunately
fix ur plumbing PLS and repair the holes on the back side of the building wall
