Poor Management, Pest and Garbage Disposal Issues
Pros
Relatively quiet street, repairs eventually get done
Cons
Consistent pest control issues, lack of proper notice given for entry by management for repair and pest control. Many code violations. Garbage not consistently disposed of, public areas not cleaned, mail for owner and management not collected. Repairs done haphazardly then need to be done again.

Address code violations, collect mail or have it forwarded
