Price was pretty good

Cons

One of the landlord leaves in the building, the other in Atlanta. Both are control freak and will poison your life. They want to check everyone who gets in and out, they harass tenants, and have no respect for your privacy. Manny, the owner in Atlanta, is particularly aggressive. Stay away from this place.

Stop harassing your tenants. Hire a professional property manager who knows how to deal with tenants, and knows the law.
