Worst management ever - would rather you die than take accountability

Neighbors are lovely, good prices, never had pests.
Cons:
Management cuts so many corners and then threatens you when you demand action.

maintenance workers (not management) do a great job, neighbors are kind
Cons:
management doesn’t care or listen. more worried about protecting themselves and spending the least amount of money. impossible to get them to do their jobs
