Ok Building, Bad Management

My apartment was a pretty good size, had an in-unit washer/dryer, and AC/heat units.

YHT management is hard to work with - they are unreachable many days out of the year, and are slow to respond to work requests. I had to repeatedly contact/escalate a developing roach issue to get any sort of pest control response from them. They also illegally force tenants to pay via their online portal, which carries an additional tran

Pleasant thought package theft is a huge issue
