Ok if you don't mind DIY
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location close to essentials, decently friendly neighborhood, several desirable prewar features and overall large apartment. Building itself is very quiet and secure.
Cons:
Large ceiling leak ignored for months until plaster collapsed, periodic mice outbreaks, typical "landlord special" sloppiness in painting/caulking. Management are often miserable to deal with, being short and sometimes nasty in responding if they answer at all.

They are mean awful people I never met
Former Tenant
Pros:
I reported a pest control, there’s cockroaches and mice they never do anything about it
Cons:
They try to kick me out I was given two weeks notice in the middle of winter because they want me to pay for whole apartment of which I have a lease for a room
Advice to owner:
You need to be more human, you are rich because of poor people you need to treat people little nicer. That lady in your office Kyra is a devil, you guys don’t need to work with people because you don’t treat them right
