    Decent location, excellent landlord
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Beautiful floors, close to 3/4 train, honest and responsive local landlord, good sound isolation between apartments
    Cons:
    Can be a bit of a loud area at times, no worse than anywhere else in the area though!
