Former Tenant
Pros:
The building super is very nice and responsive - and endlessly exploited by management, who are greedy and do not care about tenants.
Cons:
Staff is treated very poorly. Very disrespectful to tenants and not responsive when it comes to hot water outage, etc. I went several days without hot water and I got so much rude attitude and evasiveness when I pressed the issue.
Advice to owner:
Stop exploiting and abusing your staff.
