its very big and there is a yard
you're sharing a lock with the downstairs neighbor, who may or may not lock it. constant plumbing issues, constant pest issues. Found out my landlord pocketed the application money and did not run a background check because one of my roommates turned out to be a convicted murderer. there is no garbage collection. the wiring is black and rotted out.
