Leaks everywhere, it never stop in two years - do not rent here
Pros
The good thing is that maybe you are still on time to not sign a lease to live in this building full of structural problems that landlords never repair.
Cons
I lived here for two years, and you can't imagine how many leaks I had. Even over the beds. If you don't want to be scared of the rain or worried about your help, do not rent here. The landlord never gives an answer. Once you are inside is done, you are f***.
Advice to the owners
Stop abusing your tenants would be nice
