Pros:
To be discussed.
Cons:
Cock Roach infestation, A lot of random heat and hot water problems. New York City is noisy but this building feels every vibration from music played from every passing car. Noisy neighbors. The store at this location is also a hangout spot.
Advice to owner:
The Cons are clear.
