Pros:
Location was great. Living off the parkway is something I will always miss.
Cons:
No radiator for our apartment. We had to rely on space heaters and warm blankets. One good thing though is that if the space heaters were ever damaged they would quickly replace it.
There was also a case of fleas in the laundry room, probably from the stray cats in the neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
The laundry room downstairs could use a good cleaning
