    Pros:
    It’s well manicured and taken care of aesthetically
    Cons:
    The neighbors all have mental Illnesses that live in there . They go through manic episodes at random and the case managers nor the police do anything about it . Their episodes last for hours . They do not care who is up , under , next to, nor around them , it’s loud and the energy is thick with negative energy going past the 2nd floors . Don’t do it to yourself .
    They’re not very clean in the apartments so you will have roaches .
    Your mail/packages will get stolen, make sure it can fit in your mailbox .
    Advice to owner:
    Answer people’s inquiries and complaints !!!

    There are cracks in all the walls and you shower with roaches .

    The stairs are short flights .
    Cons:
    The walls are so thin it’s like you’re all in the same rooms and apartments all the time .
    Advice to owner:
    Stop renting out and Renovate this entire building again .
